Cancellation Policy

If you know that you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call, text, email, or chat below to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment time. Our phones are answered 24 hours/day. Early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely care.

Failure to appear or contact us within 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will require a prepaid reservation fee equal to the expected exam cost when you reschedule.

When this prepaid appointment is kept, the fee will be applied toward your invoice. If the prepaid appointment is not kept, the fee will be forfeited.

If you miss three appointments, we will terminate our veterinary-client-patient relationship with you and your pet.

***Failure to appear for a scheduled surgery or procedure appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.***

We offer a number of automated options for appointment reminders to help you remember your upcoming scheduled visits. Please be sure to provide us with your contact information and preferences when completing your client forms and let us know whenever any information requires updating.

Late Arrival Policy

We ask you to arrive before your scheduled appointment time so that your pet may benefit from the full scheduled exam time. New client and patient history forms should be completed in advance to help our medical team prepare for your pet’s visit.

Any patient arriving more than 10 MINUTES past their scheduled appointment time will be offered the options of being seen as a work-in or a day admission as time permits, or rescheduled for another day.

We strive to ensure clients and patients are seen in a timely manner and appreciate your on-time arrival. Clients who have three late arrivals cannot schedule future appointments, and will only be seen as emergencies or day admissions. Additional fees will apply.

Client Code of Conduct

So that we may provide our patients with the highest quality of care, it is critical that we are able to create a safe and engaging environment for our team members. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for abusive behavior toward our staff. All first-time clients sign an acknowledgement of this policy that will remain on file for the entirety of your veterinary-client-patient relationship with us.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any additional members of your household are aware of your acknowledgement of this policy.

Clients who engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors will no longer be provided services at our facility:

  • Harassment, in any form
  • Verbal abuse, angry outbursts, or profanity
  • Harmful or malicious statements about others
  • Discriminatory comments or actions
  • Intimidation tactics or threats, including allowing your pet to intimidate another person or animal
  • Public disclosure of private information
  • Suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol or behavior-altering drugs
  • Failure to comply with requests of staff

This policy is strictly enforced, and non-compliance will result in corrective actions being taken that may include being asked to leave the premises, or the involvement of law enforcement.
