Fully-Equipped for a Higher Level of Care
Our hospital was designed with our patients in mind, allowing us to practice the most up-to-date, advanced, comprehensive and surgical care in New Bern, North Carolina.
Our hybrid primary-and-urgent care model offers New Bern and Craven County convenient, centrally located, around-the-clock care for their pets.
Even when intake hours are closed, we have skilled staff caring for your pet behind the scenes—24/7. Eliminating the day-to-ER transfers for hospitalized patients reduces stress on both you and your pet, while also allowing for consistency in treatment planning and standard of care. Clients of our day practice will enjoy familiarity of doctors and staff with their pet and pet’s medical history, should you find your pet in need of emergency care. If you are established with another provider, we will keep them informed of your pet’s emergency visit so that they are able to follow up with you directly for any additional required care.
Cat Space, Dog Space
Leaving home is often a stressful experience for pets. To help make their visit as comfortable as possible, we have designated spaces in some of the most important areas of the hospital.
Specialized Equipment Rooms
Intensive Care
Our fully-equipped, digital ICU ensures that eyes are always on your hospitalized pet.
Convenience and Accessibility
A Dignified Farewell
When the time comes that we need to help your pet cross over the rainbow bridge, our one-of-a-kind Garden Room provides a peaceful, serene space for you and your pet to share your last moments together.
Exit discreetly out the private side door and take as much time as you need in our Memorial Garden to reflect on happy memories with your pet.
